Where Are We? Clue 1

Mark and I are taking a 12 day vacation.  I thought it would be fun to see if anyone can guess our destination.  I'll post clues every couple of days.  I hope lots of you will try to guess.  I look forward to reading your comments when we return.

Clue 1:

Our flight leaves San Antonio, Texas today at 2:15 p.m.
We will arrive at our destination at 7:40 p.m. (This area does not observe daylight savings time).
We will change planes one time.

Do you know where we are headed?

    I guess my post this morning didn't post. I guessed southern part of Arizona... maybe Ramsey Canyon. You're birders, Arizona doesn't have DST... you could fly from San Antonio to DFW on to Phoenix or Tucson... then drive south. (my first guess was Costa Rica but they observe DST some years.)
