Maine to Texas - Travel Day - Connecticut and Pennsylvania

Travel Day 1.  Sunday, September 29, 2019:

We left Green Lake NFH at 7:15 am.

Checking the lights and heading out.

We hit heavy traffic in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

We arrived at Moose Meadow Resort in Willington, CT around 2:30.

Connecticut State Line

The site was level enough we didn’t even unhook.

We spent $10 + on toll roads.  The + is for one of the toll roads that didn’t take money, they will mail us a bill.

Day 1: Ellsworth, ME to Willington, CT: 337 miles.

Travel Day 2.  Monday, September 30, 2019:

We got an early start this morning - 6:45 a.m.  Once again, we hit heavy traffic due to fender benders and morning traffic into Hartford, CT.

It wasn’t long before we drove into New York.

Hudson River

Then it was into Pennsylvania.

We arrived at the Woodland Campground in Woodland, PA at 2:30 p.m.  We’ll stay here two nights.

Day 2: Willington, CT to Woodland, PA: 390 miles.
